方法

  1. 豆腐切成塊狀、配成橄欖油炒至金黃色 (圖 A)
  2. 牛番茄去皮之後切成塊狀
  3. 大蒜與洋蔥切丁
  4. 煮義大利麵
  5. 炒蒜丁、紅洋蔥丁、豆腐、牛番茄、義大利麵
  6. 加上鹽、黑胡椒
  7. 最後一分鐘加上九層塔、並淋上橄欖油
