印度許多節慶都會吃 Pakora慶祝,基本就是將一些蔬菜外包裹著 Besan( 或可以用 chickpeas flour取代)下去炸,口感很類似日本料理的炸甜不辣、或是台式的鹽酥系列,但今天介紹用鐵板煎也可以煎出脆脆的感覺!
Medium firm Tofu
1 tbsp chickpeas flour
1 tsp Turmeric powder 薑黃粉
1 tsp Salt
少許水
