  1. Heat oil and put slice of Garlic for 3 mins
  2. Add onion and green pepper for 4 mins
  3. Add frozen veggies for 5 mins, cabbage for 3 mins and add salt, Paprika
  4. Mix rice and then add soy sauce for 3 mins
  5. Add basil and cook 2 mins
  6. Light calories Basil Fried rice is ready to serve!
