孜然粉

紅辣椒粉

事前準備

  1. 將冷凍綠豌豆泡製冷水中放軟(PIC A)
  2. 咖哩香料: 將一小匙姜黃孜然粉Coriander Powder紅辣椒粉與冷水混合(PIC B)

方法

  1. 放油並配上一湯匙的Cumin seeds煮1分鐘
  2. 放入切塊洋蔥, 大蒜,鹽,Ginger Garlic Paste搗碎的姜煮5分鐘 
  3. 加入切塊番茄與咖哩香料(見上方”事前準備”區)煮10分鐘 (PIC C&D)
  4. 將切塊的馬鈴薯放入慢煮20分鐘 (PIC E)
  5. 將切塊的花椰菜與豌豆放入慢煮20分鐘 (PIC F&G)
  6. 關火悶5分鐘
