我一直很喜歡鐵板豆腐的外酥內軟,用 Pizza鐵盤很快就可以完

1. 食材

Medium firm Tofu

1 tsp Curry powder

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp White pepper

1 tsp Black pepper

少許Parsley

2. 步驟

  1. 將豆腐切塊,並用紙吸乾水分(不然放到鐵板上水會亂跳)
  2. Pizza鐵板上加入椰子油,冷微熱時下豆腐
  3. 待豆腐有點微焦狀態時翻面
  4. 另一面也微焦後,將上述的香料用水微微拌勻,撒入鐵盤中(這時候會聽到 sizzling的聲音,感覺很療癒)
  5. 等水差不多收乾後,灑上一點parsley,就可以起鍋
