今天是周一,中午去完固定的 Barre3,來個簡單的輕食料理清腸胃吧!這個沙拉與豆腐都是假日在 Trader Joe’s買的,可以供大家參考

1. 食材

Trader Joe’s southwest salad(換成別種沙拉也可以)

Trader Joe’s Teriyaki Tofu

Baby spinach

麻油

醬油

2. 步驟

  1. 將鍋子熱麻油後,放入切成塊狀的Trader Joe’s Teriyaki Tofu
  2. 稍微煎個5分鐘後,放入 Baby spinach,等軟後加入醬油、少許鹽即可拿出
  3. 在煮豆腐的同時,將 Trader Joe’s southwest salad打開拌勻
  4. 快速的輕食午餐即可完成

Ps, 因為沒有澱粉的關係,又過去中午常常吃餐廳,這種輕食料理下午很快肚子就餓了,可以吃一點餅乾、咖啡墊墊肚子即可
